    Effidavit is a web-based application that allows you to quickly create affidavits, specifically trade mark user affidavits. The task of creating affidavits is repetitive, laborious and one that is prone to errors. Traditionally, lawyers and trade mark agents draft affidavits by manually editing template documents with specific details for that affidavit. Effidavit allows you to submit the information specific to an affidavit and automatically generates the affidavits based on the chosen template, within minutes.

    Drafting and finalising trade mark user affidavits can be laborious and repetitive, especially for professionals and firms who file and manage several clients’ trade marks.     We do not take any responsibility or liability for the text written or documents / affidavits prepared using Effidavit. The liability to ensure anything with regards to such documents and affidavits rests with you, the user of Effidavit.
  • Is support included in the pricing?
    Yes, the subscription fee includes any support you may require in order to use Effidavit during your subscription period. Support is both free for paid and free users.
